Elbow Injury (noun): An elbow sprain is the stretching or tearing of the ligaments that stabilize the elbow. This can be caused by falling on an outstretched arm, a twisting force to the arm, a direct blow to the elbow or a repetitive pitching motion.

SIGN & SYMPTOMS

Individuals experience pain over the inner side of their elbow during bending or rotation with an inability to throw or grasp.
